manner inconsistent with your expectations. This policy covers how
MyFirstLicense.com uses the personal information we receive as a part of the
purchase process and course operation.

MyFirstLicense.com collects personal information when you register with us to
take the class. This information is stored and is not passed along to third
parties or used for any other purpose outside of that related to
MyFirstLicense.com and its operations.
When you register with us, personal information is collected and held in a
database. As a matter of practice, credit card and other personal financial
information is not retained on our servers as a security precaution.
MyFirstLicense.com employs cookies and other tracking technologies to ensure
that our students are completing the course in an honest and truthful way.
MyFirstLicense.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you
with other people or nonaffiliated companies.
This policy subject to change as may be required for compliance with the rules
and regulations administered by the Florida Department of Highway Safety &
Motor Vehicles or other regulatory or monitoring agencies or laws.
MyFirstLicense.com will record students’ individual answers on both a pre- and
post-test. These answers will be used internally by MyFirstLicense.com to
determine the effectiveness of our class content. The comparison between both
tests will not be released to anyone external to MyFirstLicense.com operations.
Final exam scores will be reported to the State of Florida and shared with
affiliate programs to upon passing the final exam. Students
failing the exam will be reported to the affiliates.
Secure student participation information obtained by MyFirstLicense.com will be
maintained by the Florida Association of DUI Programs as the Owners and
Administrators for the course, and will only be shared and reported as set
forth by the requirements of the Florida Department of Highway Safety &
Motor Vehicles for validation of state assessment funds and statistical
compilations; and will be otherwise be used by the Florida Association of DUI
Programs and its affiliate programs for the sole purpose of billing, tracking
and statistical reporting.
